1. Assist QA
Manger to manage quality system in the factory as per customers’ requirements.
2. Train and manage QA team and monitor their performance.
3. Monitor quality in process and regularly audit
4. Ensure the quality of production is met to customers’ requirements.
5. Handle buyer inspection and cascade buyer’s comments to QA team and production team.
6. Analyze quality performance in all section weekly and monthly and report to QA Manager.
7. Analyze Quality Cost and make Customer Final Inspection Report (CFIR) of whole factory and send to HK every month.
8. Handling of customer complaint.
